SO, here it goes. around June 2010 the hard work began, i had tried the gym already but with nothing but failure. not great for motivation. although i eventually picked myself up and hammered it out and these are the results.

After, clearing my diet up and training hard 2-3 times a week mainly cardio.

Heres a picture of me 2 months on, not a great pic but i was not tracking anything, this is the only picture i have of myself after loosing around 1.5 stone using supplements to help me on my way.

I used Promax diet & Thermobol with a low calorie high protein diet. for 2 months (ish)
I managed to find a balance that was right for me alowing me to not only tone up while dieting but gain some muscle in the process! This is by no means an easy ride and took some serious tweaking to find the right balance.

As we know to lose body fat you need to create a calorie deficit. But to gain muscle you need to add calories (good calories at that) so they conflict with eachother in so many ways.

I played around with it a bit and managed to find a way to suit me, but its not advisable! due to the amount of messing around it would take it is not the most efficient way to go about it.

I personally advise doing one or the other, Set a target, and go get it! set another target and smash that one to bits too. I tried these methods out of interest to see if i could do it. annnnnnd i could brining me to the conclusion that its not a great or fast way of progressing. either way here is the picture. (like i said its hard to see)



After losing some weight i decided to do a bit of muscle building.
 this time i would use Maximuscle Cyclone and Thermobol to help avoid any fat gains.

Sounds weird i know but if you get your diet right it can be beneficial.

This went fairly well, i was happy with strength/muscle gains and muscle repair was fast.




















Moving on to the beginning of this year! after taking a month from Cyclone and moving to Promax, i went back to Cyclone and hit the gym's weights hard giving me these results

Ok, so here we are.

Jan 29th, Not had Cyclone for 2 weeks but kept the hard work up.
I am now onto fat loss once again to remove body fat around my stomach area (not that we can really choose)  it will take some hard cardio sessions and a good clean diet. im aiming at 2 months of hard dieting again. burning 1000 calories at least (in cardio) 3 to 4 times a week.



Got some hard work still to do, and i will keep you all informed and up to speed.
